PDF Toolbox is a free collection of 15 document tools. You can merge, split and reorder PDFs, convert them to and from Word, PowerPoint, Excel and images, add watermarks, page numbers, stamps and signatures, black out sensitive passages, and reduce file size — all from your browser, with no account and no software to install.
The service is available in Turkish and English, and works the same on desktop, tablet and phone. There are no daily limits, no file-size paywalls and no watermarks added to your documents.
PDF Toolbox is built and maintained by Tarık Palalı, an independent developer based in Turkey. It is not a company and is not backed by any third party. The project started as a personal frustration with document sites that require sign-up, add watermarks or upload your files without telling you, and grew into the toolset you see here.

We think you should know where your file goes, so here it is in plain terms.
Twelve of the tools run entirely inside your browser. Merging, splitting, organising, watermarking, signing, redacting and the rest are done by JavaScript on your own device — the file is never transmitted. You can disconnect from the internet after the page loads and they still work.
Three tools need a server, because they are impossible in a browser: Office → PDF and PDF → Office use a real LibreOffice engine, and file compression uses Ghostscript. Those files travel over an encrypted connection to our own server, are processed, returned, and deleted immediately — nothing is stored or logged. The details are in our Privacy Policy.
Running the conversion server and the domain costs money, and the tools are free to use, so the site is funded by advertising. That is the whole business model — we do not sell data, we do not have a premium tier, and we never ask for an e-mail address. If ads are ever placed somewhere that gets in the way of using a tool, tell us and we will move them.

If you have found a tool that produces a wrong result, it helps a lot if you describe the file you used (how many pages, whether it was scanned, which browser you were on). We cannot see your files, so we rely on your description to reproduce the problem.
