PDF Toolbox (pdftools.tr) is an independent, free service run by Tarık Palalı (Turkey), who is the data controller for the purposes of KVKK and the GDPR and can be reached at fhcgxh@gmail.com. Static pages are hosted by Cloudflare Pages; the conversion and compression server runs at api.pdftools.tr.
For these tools, your file is opened and processed by JavaScript running on your own device. It is never uploaded, and we never see it — the tool works even if you disconnect from the internet after loading the page:
Merge, Split, Organize (sort / rotate / delete), Image & Text → PDF, PDF → Image, Watermark, Page Numbers, Stamp / Logo, Insert PDF, Extract Images, Redact, and Sign.
Three tools cannot run in a browser and send your file over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to our own server at api.pdftools.tr: Office → PDF, PDF → Office and Compress.
On that server your file is written to a temporary folder, converted, sent back to you, and then deleted together with the result — within the same request. No copy is archived, no backup is taken, and the file contents are not read, analysed or shared with anyone. Our server does not keep access logs of who uploaded what.
This site is funded by advertising served through Google AdSense. Google and its partners may set cookies or read device identifiers to show and measure ads, including personalised ads based on your previous browsing. Your uploaded documents are never shared with advertisers — ads are matched to the page you are viewing, not to your file contents.
You can control this: personalised advertising can be turned off at My Ad Center, and Google's own explanation of how it uses data from partner sites is at policies.google.com. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see roughly how many people visit which page. It does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you or follow you across sites.
Some pages load PDF libraries and a font from the public CDN cdn.jsdelivr.net. As with any file your browser downloads, that provider can see your IP address and which file was requested. Your documents are never sent there.
There are no user accounts, no sign-up and no newsletter. We do not ask for your name, e-mail address or phone number. The site stores nothing in your browser's local storage, and we keep no server-side record of your visits or your files.
Under Turkey's KVKK and the European GDPR you have the right to ask what personal data is held about you, and to have it corrected or erased. Because we hold no accounts and no file records, in practice there is usually nothing for us to return or delete — but you can always write to us with a request. For advertising data held by Google, please use the Google links above.
This site is a general-purpose file utility and is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
